TRANSMISSION
Transmission is an evolutionary, participative and international exhibition, open to artists from around the world through candidature, around a universal theme: transmission between humans and what it evokes and convokes.
Every artist is invited to explore transmission through the medium of their choice — sound, text, video, gesture, poem, image. All expressions are accepted.
The whole will give rise to an online exhibition of international scope, freely open to all.
Artists from around the world may submit their candidature in French, English, Italian, Spanish and German. We will give priority to projects that are innovative in their conceptual approach.

TRANSMISSION
OPEN CALL — EXHIBITION: TRANSMISSION Musarthis Lab × Musarthis Museum
Transmission is one of the things that connects peoples across the world. It has allowed us to move forward, to honour great minds. This human capacity crosses, bypasses and infiltrates every home. It knows no skin colour or gender, it does not concern itself with anyone's style. It is noble, present in every era.
Transmission as concept, as philosophy, as value — this is what interests us for the first project of Musarthis Lab in partnership with Musarthis Museum. Transmission can be a scar, a gesture or a gift.
Musarthis Lab and Musarthis Museum invite creators and artists from all backgrounds to submit their expressions of transmission — through visual arts, performance, writing, sound, the body, installation, scientific or philosophical research, hybrid forms, unnamed forms.
What will be selected — In accordance with the Agnitia: approaches that question, that bring tension, that move, that touch something of humanity.
How selection will be made — According to the foundations of the Agnitia.
An open call to Switzerland, Europe and the world.
What this offers — An exhibition at Musarthis Museum (worldwide via the internet, and physically in La Chaux-de-Fonds). A feature in Musarthis magazines. Increased visibility through Musarthis partners. Participation in a different art history.
Submission languages — French, English, Spanish, Italian and German.
Email : transmission@musarthis.com
